The publication of your supplier catalogs is automatic, depending on the tariff validity start date you indicated in the general catalog information when you created the catalog.
Only users with "GESTCAT" or "ADMIN" permissions at branch level are able to create or modify supplier catalogs.

How to publish a catalogue automatically based on the start and end dates of the tariffs ?
The first step is to go to the "Management" menu (1) then "Supplier catalogues" (2).
This gives you a visual indication of the status of the catalogues (1). As you can see here, they are currently published. Then click on the catalogue of your choice (2).
Then click on "change details".
In the pop-up window that opens, set a start date and an end date for the validity of the catalogue. Once this configuration has been set up, your catalogues will be published automatically on the start date defined and will also be archived automatically once the end date has passed.
You can find the validity dates directly on the catalogue sheet, in the "validity" box.
