How do I load a supplier catalog?

You've just received a new price list from a supplier and want to load it into the tool? Here's a step-by-step guide to loading a catalog on your own!

Steps to load a supplier catalog

1) The first step is to go to the "Management" tab (1) and select the "Supplier catalogs" box (2).

2) You then have the option of clicking on "download Excel template for item loading" (1) if you don't have a document ready. Otherwise, click directly on "+ create a supplier catalog" (2).

3) In the pop-up window that opens, complete the requested information. The first part corresponds to the catalog's general information (1) and the second to its visibility (2). Choose whether you want the catalog to be directly active or not (3), then click on "Validate" (4).

4) You'll be redirected to the catalog page you've just created. Add the Excel document containing all your items.

5) Once your catalog is loaded, you'll see the green insert (1). You'll find all the items in the table below (2). Don't forget to check that the data you've entered is correct, and that there are no column shifts. Once you've checked everything, click on "Load items into database" (3).

6) Vous voyez alors que le chargement effectué précédemment a bien été effectué (1). On vous précise également le nombre d'articles téléchargés.
