How do I reset my password / validation key?
As a user, I want to be able to reset my password and my personal order validation key, so that I can update my security data required when logging in and still place orders if I forget.
ADMIN users can modify all user profile information from the "User management" menu.
For non-administrator users, you can view your "user profile" information, and you can send a link to your email to reset your password and personal validation key.
How do I do this?
1. To change/reset your password or personal validation key, the first step is to click on your name in the top right-hand corner of your screen (1), then on "user profile" (2) in the menu that appears. If you click on "change password" (3), you'll go straight to the "point 3" window explained at the end of this article.
2. Then click on "Change password or validation key".
3. You will then be redirected to a page where you can change your password (1) and validation key (2).
If you don't remember your validation key, you can click on the link in the corresponding box, and an e-mail will be sent to you. Follow the instructions to generate a new one.
